1: The promoter is: FAB Aesthetics Lounge whose registered office is at 90 Bradshaw Rd, Bolton BL2 3EW.

2: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of FAB and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5: Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the FAB Aesthetics Lounge Facebook Page. 

6: Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry will be Midnight 30th September. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7: No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9: The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10: The prize is as follows:

• A Laser Hair Removal Consultation

• 6 Free Face Laser Hair Removal Sessions @ Fab Aesthetics Lounge (this is a face laser hair removal course only and can not be transferred to any other part of the body)

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable nor splittable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

11: The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

12: The winner will be notified by Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13: The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

16: The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

You are providing your information to FAB Aesthetics Lounge and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.

• FAB Aesthetics Lounge will judge the competition and decide on the winner which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Facebook.

• FAB Aesthetics Lounge decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

• The entrant must be following FAB Aesthetics Lounge on Facebook in order to enter.

• FAB Aesthetics Lounge shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

FAB Aesthetics Lounge Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

1: The Voucher is for use at FAB Aesthetics Lounge whose registered office is at 90 Bradshaw Rd, Bolton BL2 3EW.

2: The Voucher is Valid only for use throughout September. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

3: The Voucher can only be used against a purchase of £100 or over. 

4: The Voucher can be used for Skin Care services only and excludes Injectables and Laser Hair Removal.

5: Only one Voucher can be used per person and Only one Voucher can be used at one time. 

6: Services must be pre-booked.

7: Vouchers can be redeemed in person only. When placing a booking please note that you will be redeeming a voucher. 

8: Vouchers are non-refundable.

9: In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled by FAB, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 1 month. In the event that a course is cancelled by a voucher holder no refund shall be given

10: If the course cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit, debit card or cash.

10: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
